“I called because I arrived early and asked for early check-in. I was told I have received a phone call in about an hour. I never received a call so I drove to the location, I waited 14 minutes in the lobby for someone from the front desk to come, and the only reason they did is because one of the housekeeping employees went and found her. I explained to her that we had traveled a very long distance and we're looking to do an early check-in and she informed me that she knew because she received...

“The hall carpets were dirty looking. Our room had spots on the bedspreads. The bathroom toilet seat was broken. There were holes in the bathroom door. The shower doors were not clean. The bathroom floor was sticky. The staff was not very friendly. The price was pretty reasonable but we were not very pleased with our stay at this hotel. ”
